This charming house of 100m2 is brand new, freshly and completely renewed in 2019!
Located away from the looks and sounds of the city, at the back of the Hotel de Maitre, you reach it by crossing a majestic Art Deco carriageway. From the entrance, a discreet perfume emerges and plunges you into a soft atmosphere that will satisfy all your expectations In short: comfort, calm and pleasure.

Composed of 3 levels, the house Molière can be discovered after crossing the garden.
- On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with flat screen TV (cable channels), broadband Internet, a "dining room" area for 6 people, a kitchen equipped with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, plate electric, oven and fridge-freezer. The living space is open on a garden facing south.
- On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with dressing room overlooking the garden. The blackout curtains ensure a calm and restful sleep; a bathroom consisting of a double basin, a large shower and 5 star welcome products; separate toilet a washer dryer.
- On the second floor, an office area acting as a third bedroom with a sofa bed.
