SUITES 124 is "The" new luxury guest house in Brussels. Suites 124 is located in the heart of the prestigious Avenue Molière in a Townhouse combining the Art Deco and Modernist styles, three minutes from Place Brugmann and ten minutes from the Gare du Midi.
This 850-square-meter townhouse, whose pointed facade is reminiscent of the front of a boat, is listed in the Brussels heritage register. It was designed by the architect Alfred Nyst in 1926. The current owners, who are passionate about architecture, have devoted three years to the meticulous restoration of this house, where nothing has been left to chance. Many Belgian and French craftsmen contributed their skills to renovate the Townhouse's five levels.
The challenge was to create a happy marriage between a contemporary house built with today's technology and a historic site whose traditional forms date from the beginning of the last century, where the parquet floors, oak woodwork, marble, mosaics and ironwork, very representative of the Art Deco style, had to be meticulously restored. Completed in December 2018, this Townhouse, whose five levels are served by an elevator, includes three lounges including a TV lounge, a dining room, five luxury suites with an area of 35 to 45 sq. meters, each with its own bathroom and toilet, numerous terraces, a roof-top, an indoor garden and an independent back house with three bedrooms.
Additional comfort is provided by the perfect insulation for absolute calm and the double flow technology for constant air exchange. Each suite is equipped with a TV, high speed Wi-Fi, an espresso machine, a tea kettle and a safe. Breakfasts can be served in the house's dining room.
An interior garden leads to a 100m2 independent rear house with 2 double bedrooms and an office that can be used as a 3rd bedroom for one person.
